Happy birthday to AeroShield! This year for founding day, AeroShield celebrated five years since we officially incorporated by reflecting on our mission and vision, celebrating our growth, and having some fun with the entire team. This has been a year with some of AeroShield's biggest milestones yet: opening our pilot manufacturing facility, winning a $14.5M ARPA-E award, and creating the best-looking aerogel-insulated windows ever made (in our humble opinion). Activities in our Founding Day Fair included card games, a desk decoration station (for our new facility!), and making a timeline of some of the high and lows of AeroShield's history. Cheers to more years ahead as we decarbonize the built environment with super-insulating transparent aerogels!
