At Affirmation in Action I’m able to draw upon my experience as a licensed mental health therapist, my formal education in Economics (BA) and Psychology (MA) and my athletic experience as Four-time Swiss champion in Track and Field and accomplished semi-professional soccer referee, to help rekindle excitement for who you are and what you do; Together we can define and determine your real goals and create actionable steps for you to achieve measurable results. Working together you will find clarity, support and balance in your personal and work life. We are able to address and redefine your life choices around work, relationships, and health as well as achieve and sustain your success by staying focused and vision-driven. As your personal life coach, I will mentor you and hold you accountable to yourself while we work together to create and implement a plan to get you where you want to be. I help you to Clarify Together we work to increase your awareness of how satisfied you are with your work, relationships, health, and other key aspects of life. Learn what is feeding you and what needs to change. I help you to Choose Choose what's most important to you to give your life direction. You know what would really make it count.
