Hong has been with AFL since 2021 and enjoys exploring and researching ways to continuously improve efficiencies. While he started with minimal tools and applications he's helped to establish a solution database, training material database, quoting tools, and automation flows. Hong shared, "I have enough freedom and support to implement creative ideas. For example, the exploration and application of Power Platform."
