Plan, Do, Check, Adjust Earlier this week, AGC MA kicked off its in-person Lean Construction Education Program. One of the highlights of the first session was an interactive activity where teams worked to "process" as many tennis balls as possible in two minutes. Participants broke into small groups, made a plan, executed and observed, reflected on those observations, made adjustments, and planned for the next round. After four rounds, the four groups saw an impressive improvement in production ranging from 250% - 500%! #LeanConstruction #ContinuousImprovement #ProcessOptimization #Teamwork #ConstructionEducation #AGCMA #Efficiency #LeanLearning #ProblemSolving #LeadershipDevelopment
