We are excited to announce the closing of our debut fund, Agellus Capital Private Equity Fund I, with total LP commitments of $400M. The fund was oversubscribed and closed in less than five months. Agellus invests exclusively in business services, non-discretionary consumer, and supply chain and infrastructure services markets, targeting initial platform investments of $2 million to $20 million of EBITDA. We seek to drive transformational growth through complementary acquisitions and investments in talent, technology, and systems.
