Agency73 - Salesforce Consulting Partner

As a part of our new speaker series, #73Friends, we were fortunate to have Warren Fogler, Commanding Office in the U.S. Navy, (Explosive Ordnance Disposal) speak with our team. Warren touched on the commonalities of his work with the Navy EOD teams and the work we do at Agency73 (Salesforce Consulting)...or at least our approach to the work and our values as teams. Some of these commonalities include: 1. People before Technology - We both believe that the people on our teams, customers teams and partner teams are far more important and critical to success than the technology we are leveraging to achieve transformative business outcomes. 2. Importance of Creativity - The Navy EOD teams and the Agency73 team both leverage creativity for innovative solutions to difficult problems and we thrive in uncertainty. We both turn that uncertainty into a well planned approach of bringing certainty and scalable solutions. 3.  No 2 Days are the Same - While our project is well planned, the number of variables in this work require agility and the ability to adapt to changes. 4. The importance of culture, especially with remote teams. - We love that we are able to have our teams working remotely and acknowledge the additional effort required to build and maintain a healthy culture. As an example, the "73 Friends" Speaker Series is an effort to introduce our Agency73 team to people that we can learn from, collaborate with and be inspired by in an effort to bring unique experiences to our brilliant Salesforce Consultants. We have to admit that we were surprised that Warren so easily found common ground. We acknowledge that the stakes of Warren's team's work are far greater than ours and the level of commitment to the mission his team has to execute every day far exceed ours, but finding common ground in seemingly unrelated work was enjoyable to explore. We are fortunate to have military and military spouses (more about that in comments!) as a part of the Agency73 team story and are grateful for our network of folks like Warren. We're excited to share more stories like this in the future. Deanna H. is an Account Executive focusing on building relationships with clients. Lindsay Alvey is now taking on the role Delivery Director and will be focusing on excellence in project outcomes. Christopher Summers is now the Revenue Cloud Director and will be overseeing the Revenue Cloud practice.
