Agent IQ’s mission is to make sure digital banking stays personal. For years, financial institutions have shifted their focus toward automation and self-service. This may be better for bottom lines, but it has removed the personal from the financial. Agent IQ gives institutions new ways to help clients optimize finances while staying connected to those who help make transactions happen -- no matter how or where banking happens. We believe that augmenting the human side of banking is a much better way forward than replacing the human altogether. This augmented intelligence applies a pragmatic application of state-of-the-art AI and machine learning and offers the promise of unprecedented scale while keeping the focus on human-to-human communication.

Anyway, I was thankful that Brian Flannery pushed the record button on this chat (link in the comments) covering the revenue impact of great caring service. Soren also wins an award for great examples in how Park National Bank and Stanford Federal Credit Union are better understanding customers or how BMO or Pinal County Federal Credit Union use natural language processing to understand trends and customer needs to help people and grow the business. Respect for Soren's dream concert of U2 at Red Rocks. I've seen U2 several times over the years and they always crush it. Red Rocks is on my bucket list.
