The NYALCA Westchester Unit gathered at Monarch Cooper’s Corner Senior Living in New Rochelle for a relaxed and engaging afternoon of conversation and connection. We enjoyed an interactive and thought-provoking session on nutrition and aging with Jenna Saidel Lebowich, MS, RDN, CDN, owner if Cook Learn Live. Casually interviewed by Westchester Unit Co-Chair Rebecca Lippel, Jenna offered insightful guidance on when to help, when to intervene, and when to step back—valuable advice for anyone supporting older adults. A big thank you to Monarch’s Executive Director, Jackie Mazurowski, for graciously hosting us, and to Rebecca and Glenn Lane, our incredible Westchester co-chairs, for leading such a meaningful discussion.
