A final rule published on October 4 reinstates the Application Exclusion Zone (AEZ) requirements under the Agricultural Worker Protection Standard. This reinstatement expands the AEZ to 100 feet from pesticide application equipment, ensuring enhanced protection for workers and bystanders during pesticide application.
