On Tuesday, the AEA hosted a forum at AirVenture Oshkosh as part of EAA AeroEducate. Led by Nick Brown, AEA director of workforce development, middle school and high school students learned how to crimp, pin, and build wire harnesses in a hands-on activity. Eric McFalda with Genesys Aerosystems helped with the class, showing students how to work with industry-standard tools and techniques to gain practical avionics maintenance and installation skills. #OSH24 #avionics #aviation #aerospace #workforcedevelopment
