From Business Analyst to Central Division President—Monica Melve De La Garza's 25-year journey at Airgas is a testament to dedication and growth! Monica's Airgas journey began as a Business Analyst in Corpus Christi, TX, and she steadily progressed through roles including Assistant Controller, Region CFO, and VP of Finance for the Southwest Region. She then served as Division CFO for the North Division in Cleveland before returning to the Southwest as Region President. In 2024, she was named Central Division President, where she leads all aspects of the business, including Safety, Sales, Operations, Human Resources, and Finance.
