Congratulations to our New Philadelphia, Ohio team for being named as one of the four National Branches of the Year! Together, they increased sales with current and new customers. Happy Mole Day! Today we celebrate the fascinating world of chemistry and Avogadro’s number (6.02 x 10²³), which is crucial in understanding gas volumes. A mole (or mol for short) is a unit used to connect measurements of atoms or molecules to larger units like grams. One mole equals 6.02214076 x 10²³ particles, which is why we celebrate Mole Day on 10/23. Fun fact: a 20-ton trailer of liquid nitrogen contains about 6.47 x 10⁵ g/mol of nitrogen, and some Airgas facilities can fill more than 30 of these trailers a day! #MoleDay
