 It's always fun for us when we can share more about the people who make AirReps such a special place to work, and such an amazing company to work with! Today, we're sharing more about our Account Executive, Colin Holt! ⭐️ Colin shares that he is a self-proclaimed "nerd" when it comes to system and product design. He loves trying to understand every aspect of a problem before diving in to develop the best solution. Throughout his career, Colin has started with and stayed in HVAC sales. He began his journey in NYC, jumping the river to New Jersey, and then recently, he moved across the entire United States to Seattle to join us at AirReps! Colin says that he was immediately attracted to the speed and excitement of daily business in HVAC.    This might seem like a big move to some, but Colin shares that he knew AirReps was the right place for him when he was meeting with the team at dinner. Right away, he felt that the team was a great group of people to be around, as everyone had a great outlook on what life could and should be about.   To stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide the best solutions to our clients, Colin explains that research and insight from others in the industry help him to always get the job done right. When he hears of something new, he jumps into it and tries to learn everything he can. Colin explains that if something is trending, there’s usually a reason, and it’s important to know why!   Colin says he didn’t want to be an engineer who focused on a small part and instead now can work on a larger scale with more variance. Today, we're thrilled to share more about the final speaker for our AirReps Expo Engineering Summit taking place on Friday, August 2!
