Businesses don’t function well without strong teams. AISIN Light Metals, LLC understands this truth. With Victoria Elder as our sponsor, the Dion Leadership team designed a thoughtful multi-session series to help build team functionality.  We began in September of 2023. Through a series of facilitated sessions, using the Five Behaviors®: A Wiley Brand team assessment tool, the team raised their awareness of what strong teams do and identified improvement areas. We then conducted a series of management training sessions to work on behavior styles, building team trust, providing impactful feedback, managing healthy conflict, improving self-awareness (EQ), and improving their work processes. This session was a progress check, where the team took a second measure of their functionality. The results have been astounding. All 5 dimensions of team functionality we measured have improved, with no area in red and 2 items moving to green! This team is committed to each other and to the Aisin business. While we know our team development process works, it cannot happen without strong, expert facilitation. Thank you, Jim Taigman, MBA, PCC for being a sherpa for this effort.
