There's something I need to say: Not every product needs AI! I still remember, one night I sat down at my laptop refreshed the browser and suddenly the platform Intercom, I was looking at what now an "AI" platform. Ironically, we made massive changes over the past 6-8 months to adopt AI ourselves. But it wasn't overnight. It took time to figure out exactly how we wanted to use it—making sure it actually made sense for us. So it begs the question: are we being sold genuine "AI" products or are we all being tricked into thinking we're now buying AI products? Thoughts? 🤔
