A "culture first" private equity firm that buys, builds, and enhances lower middle market industrial businesses.

About us

Aliri Capital is a Richmond, VA based private equity firm that buys, builds, and enhances lower middle market industrial businesses. At Aliri, we know that unlocking the fullest potential of businesses starts with trusted relationships. We also know that trusted relationships require digging deeper to understand who our clients are as people, not just as business leaders. The name Aliri is inspired by Latin root words meaning "new depths." At Aliri, we think of ourselves as the antithesis of surface-level interaction. We are guided by a principle to dig deeper—past merely a business relationship and toward one that is more meaningful. We believe the depth that comes from nurturing client relationships is what allows us to help them reach new heights. Our goal is simple: partner with culture-focused, growth minded management teams to improve operations, support organic growth, complete add-on acquisitions, and create best-in-class companies.

Happy Veterans Day! To all Veterans, we wanted to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude for your service to our country. Your selfless dedication and sacrifice have played an integral role in shaping the foundation of this firm. Your commitment to defending our nation, ensuring our liberties, and preserving the values we hold dear is nothing short of heroic. It is because of individuals like you that we can live in a land of opportunity and prosperity. Thank you for this blanket of freedom! Special thanks to our own founder's dad who served an entire career in the US Army following his stint at West Point. You know we had to throw him up in the graphic. Thank you JT!
