The AMF team helped redesign this complex cabinet for manufacturability before manufacturing and assembling it. By partnering with us in the design stage, the customer knew that the cabinet and all of the components would fit together seamlessly on the first build. It was immediately a viable product ready to be sold. The lower cabinet was made from steel and powder coated, while the upper chamber was made from stainless steel with a beautiful brushed finish. The cabinet is a plug-and-play testing device designed to determine the thermoforming characteristics of thermoplastics and films under controlled test conditions.
