🚀 Behind the Scenes: Processing Over 1,000 Orders for OhMySenpai We recently had the pleasure of handling fulfillment for OhMySenpai’s latest product drop, processing over 1,000 orders in record time. Here’s how we made it happen: Seamless Shopify Integration: We worked closely with OhMySenpai to integrate their Shopify store with our fulfillment system. This allowed for synchronization of orders, inventory levels, and tracking information, ensuring that every step of the process was fully automated and accurate. Inventory Organization: We organized and allocated all inventory into a grid bin system. This setup allowed us to scan each item, ensuring a smooth and accurate pick process. Efficient Picking: Using tray grids, our pickers handled 15 orders simultaneously. The wireless pickers scanned each item and assigned them to specific trays. Seamless Packing & Shipping: Once the batches were picked, the orders were packed and shipped out, ensuring they reached customers quickly and accurately.
