Employee spotlight! Celebrating 3 years with ATHR, HR Consultant and Team Lead, Carrie Lynch! Carrie has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources primarily in the manufacturing industry. She is a graduate of Western Washington University and attained her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) in 2008 and her Society of Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) in 2015. She has opened two aerospace manufacturing facilities and brings experience in multiple areas of Human Resources including: HR management, talent acquisition, leadership development, employee relations, performance management, training, employee engagement and continuous improvement. When asked what she likes most about working with ATHR, Carrie responded, "The ATHR team! We have a fantastic, collaborative, supportive team with a wide range of experience, knowledge, and education. Chavell has extensive HR experience in a wide variety of industries including Information Technology, Media, Consumer Services, Manufacturing and Risk Management. She enjoys partnering with clients to help them with their staffing needs, assisting with finding fantastic team members to help the company meet their business goals. When asked what her approach is to recruiting, Chavell responded, "I take a consultative approach and ensure I look at each project holistically. There are typically ways to be very creative within each process and customize it to the client. Marie brings over 20 years’ experience in Human Resources Generalist/Management and Consultation in a variety of environments, including: non-profit childcare, wholesale and retail product distribution, high-tech software engineering, healthcare staffing, commercial and industrial construction and residential Real Estate. When asked what she loves most about working at ATHR, Marie responded, "I really do love the team relationships among the staff.
