I am excited to announce that Power Grid Components, Inc. (PGC), a Blackstone portfolio company, has acquired Allied Bolt Products, LLC.  I offer my deep-felt appreciation to our dedicated employees, sales representatives, distributors, suppliers, and especially our amazing customers for your unwavering support, trust, and loyalty to Allied Bolt over many years. Without all of you, Allied Bolt would never have achieved its growth and success.  Recently, I concluded Allied Bolt needed additional resources to continue its trajectory. I researched numerous options and determined that PGC was a perfect fit, given PGC’s approach towards improving and investing in businesses and strengthening their quality, reach and customer service.
