Today we'd like to highlight Ashley Gundvaldson, Call Center Director for AB Enroll. Ashley leads AB Enroll's Benefit Counselor team and oversees the operations of our Benefits Enrollment Call Center. Ashley tells us that she's committed to providing an easy enrollment experience to every employee who interacts with her team. "My goal is that every employee feels educated about each of the benefits available to them," she says. "I want the entire enrollment process to be effortless." Ashley brought 15 years of call center and leadership experience to the Allstate Benefits team in 2021. She earned her bachelor's degree in Sociology from South Dakota State and is currently pursuing her Corporate Communication Certificate. Outside of work she enjoys hiking, gardening and spending time with her family. We're very proud of Ashley and the work she puts in towards making our employee enrollment experience effortless.
