We’re incredibly proud to have been part of the groundbreaking ceremony for the Ford Community Center in Stanton, TN! Allworld is honored to serve as the Owner's Rep and Project Manager for this historic project. In 1871, Stanton Elementary Colored School was built to serve the community, and now, in 2025, this site will be a hub of connection and growth, benefiting the 15-mile area around Ford’s Blue Oval plant. With Ford Philanthropy already contributing $1 million in grants to 17 community organizations, their support of this center will position it as a beacon of opportunity and unity. Allworld teamed up with the City of Memphis HCD to host a contractor pre-bid meeting, paving the way to transform the Southwest Twin Drive-In into a vibrant Civic Town Center! This new center will feature a police precinct, library, and a Fleet auto repair shop. Plus, the old concession stand will be converted into a cool, open-air pavilion, and one of the movie screens will be kept for outdoor entertainment! One of our Project Managers, Mikal Stevenson, is leading the way as the Owner’s Rep!
