As we approach 2025, it’s a perfect moment to take a pause—not just to celebrate what we’ve accomplished, but to ask ourselves: Are we fully equipped for what’s next? In the fast lane of goals, deadlines, and metrics, we often forget that teams, like finely tuned engines, need attention, care, and yes, a tune-up. This week, we were joined by MOORE'S CRANE CORPORATION , watching the team come together, building go-karts from the ground up. It was energetic, it was real, and most importantly, it was a reminder of the power of hands-on, face-to-face connection. Investing in an offsite with Pinnacle means giving your team the space to reconnect, recharge, and re-engage. It’s about offering them an experience that says, “We see you. We believe in you. We’re ready to roll into the future together.” As 2025 approaches, let’s remember that strong teams don’t just happen; they’re built—one shared experience at a time. Speaking of Maryam Montague, earlier this month we honored her with the Moment of Truth Award for her relentless commitment to social justice. Through Project Soar, she empowers marginalized teen girls in Morocco, Syria, and Uganda, tackling child marriage and advancing menstrual rights with innovative solutions like the Soar Hurya. Project Soar envisions a world where every girl recognizes her worth. With free empowerment workshops, sustainable menstrual health kits, and advocacy training, they have achieved remarkable results: *100% of Soar girls are committed to their education. *89% passed their school year. *Less than 1% became child brides. Maryam’s journey from her boutique hotel, Peacock Pavilions, to 138 chapters nationwide is a testament to her mission: Be Good, Make Good, Do Good. Let’s continue to champion the voices of leaders everywhere. 🎥 Glenn Romero, Snowcap Video Solutions #Leadership #SocialJustice #Empowerment #TeenGirls #ProjectSoar

Happy Birthday, Maryam Montague! We’re honored to recognize the incredible work you do through Project Soar to uplift, inspire, and empower teen girls globally. Thank you for being a beacon of hope for girls everywhere and for reminding us of the profound impact we can have by supporting and standing with our world’s most vulnerable. We’re with you in this mission and look forward to joining hands with many others to make a difference.

Dear Friends, It is my #birthday. As I reflect back on this year, it has been a time of both accomplishment and heartbreak. Just days ago, I was honored to receive the Alnoba Moment of Truth Gender Equity award. Here a snippet of my acceptance speech. ‘Malala once said, “A girl with a dream becomes a woman with a vision.” I stand before you as a firm believer in this truth. But although teen girls have the most potential, they are also the world’s most vulnerable. Globally, 1 in 3 girls will experience gender-based violence. Every year, 12 million girls are forced into child marriage. Millions more face period poverty, forcing them to drop out of school, limiting their futures, and silencing their potential. At Project Soar we confront these grim statistics daily. But we also see something else—hope, resilience, and the undeniable spark of possibility. Thus far we have provided 22,000+ hours of empowerment to thousands and thousands of teen girls. And many more await. This Alnoba | Pinnacle Leadership & Team Development Moment of Truth Award for Gender Equity is not just about me, it’s about you. It’s about our potential to all be supporters of teen girls everywhere. With our words, with our time, with our actions, and with our money. We can all be part of the change that allows girls to rise and soar. Because when they succeed, the world succeeds. I am providing the generous Alnoba cash prize to #Projectsoar to give our sustainable #menstruation kits to teen girls in #Gaza. This will offer a small measure of comfort and dignity every month during this conflict. Let us remember: Girls don’t start wars, they are merely its victims. UNICEF has called Gaza the most dangerous place in the world to be a child today. ❤️Friends, Please help me commemorate my birthday by providing a Soar x Hurya #menstrual kit to a girl in Gaza via GlobalGiving. Just $25 will give her what she needs to manage her #period. This is a concrete action that you can take right now! 🙏Project Soar is collaborating with Médecins du Monde for distribution. This the donation link: http://bit.ly/4dZZZ86. And please share with your friends and family. Let’s do this together! With love and hope, Maryam

We were honored to present the Environmental Responsibility Leadership Award to Jameson French, CEO of Northland Forest Products ! Jameson bridges the gap between sustainable forestry and environmental stewardship. As a fourth-generation lumberman and early advocate for forest certification, he empowers landowners to combat climate change while supporting their livelihoods. A big thank you to Jameson for his incredible work in conservation and commerce. Together, let's inspire others to dream big! 🎥 Glenn Romero, Snowcap Video Solutions #EnvironmentalLeadership #Sustainability #Alnoba #LeadershipAwards
