Happy 2-Year Alpaca Anniversary to our very own Kaitlynn Kool! 🌟 This past year, Kaitlynn has shown us all what true transformation looks like—taking any and every task outside of her comfort zone and showing up with 100% effort and excelling time and time again! From leading events to designing emails, creating beautiful content effortlessly to talking to customers day-in and day-out, and of course, being the teammate everyone counts on, Kaitlynn's unwavering commitment to asking, "What do we need right now?" and showing up to deliver has not just shaped her growth over the last year, but made our whole team stronger. Here’s to Kaitlynn, the gold standard of growth and having fun doing it! We can't wait to see what Year 3 brings! ✨

We had a special visitor this morning! ☀️ Today, we had the honor of meeting Beth Behrens when she dropped by the office — a teacher from Harrison Elementary who was part of our very first pilot program two years ago. Beth, who’s now celebrating retirement after 30+ years as an educator, shared how much she enjoyed Alpaca and even said she saved every single handwritten thank-you note along the way! Hearing a few quick stories, celebrating her incredible career, and knowing we played a small part in her journey was beyond meaningful. Thank you, Beth, for all you’ve done for your students and their families, and thank you for inspiring us to keep making sure it's easy for teachers to feel heard, valued, and appreciated. Wishing you all the best in this next chapter!
