Alpha and Lionpoint Group (an Alpha Group company) just wrapped up an incredible couple days at the SimCorp Americas Summit in Chicago. The event was packed full with insightful keynotes by SimCorp's leaders, detailed breakout sessions, and fantastic networking opportunities. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀: 𝘐𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵𝘧𝘶𝘭 𝘒𝘦𝘺𝘯𝘰𝘵𝘦𝘴: we heard from SimCorp's America's leader Allen Zimmerman on the importance of a unified IBOR, detailed product roadmaps from multiple Product Managers, and an inspiring talk on the power of scaling AI across the entire business operating model. 𝘋𝘦𝘵𝘢𝘪𝘭𝘦𝘥 𝘉𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘬𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘚𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴: the team attended a dozen breakout sessions focused on new FO capabilities thanks to the integration with Axioma, holistic data strategy across SimCorp's One platform, and the benefits of a SaaS model as realized by current SimCorp clients. 𝘕𝘦𝘵𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘖𝘱𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘦𝘴: we had the pleasure of meeting with current clients, industry experts, partners and peers and can't wait to continue our conversations. Stepping onto the stage in front of a packed audience of 300 at this year's SWISS FUND DAY was a bit nerve-wracking 😅, but also an incredible opportunity to share insights on AI alongside Guido Bürgin and fellow presenters and panelists. Aligned with the theme, "Riding the AI Wave," 🌊 we highlighted that the industry is now in year two of a five-year journey to fully embed AI—enhancing productivity, expanding what we can offer clients, and making our roles more dynamic. 🚀 Guido captivated the audience with a compelling demo of how Swiss Life Asset Managers are already leveraging AI to accelerate their RFP process. I then shared an how we enabled AI to support an alternative investment process, followed by a demo of our AI engine, which integrates data across the organization to streamline daily sales tasks 🤖💼.
