AlphaPressPublishing has started in 2009 by Professor Pindaro Demertzoglou. The professor has always had an interest in technology books and when he explored the publishing process with traditional publishers, he realized that it was a very lengthy process, a very bureaucratic process, and in the end the author who put in all the effort, the writing, and the experience was hardly compensated for his work. In addition, technological, lab-based books and manuals, need to be updated on a continuous basis because the technology as well as the tools change constantly. As such, the publishing process needs to be quick and efficient as well. AlphaPressPublishing made all that possible and now it is expanding to offer webinars, and, in the future, we hope to offer datasets for analytics, artificial intelligence, and data mining to academia and the industry.
