🚨 New Pittsburgh Ordinance Bans Marijuana Testing for Medical Marijuana Patients 🚨 As of September 24, 2024, employers in Pittsburgh with 5+ employees can no longer require pre-employment drug tests for marijuana from applicants holding valid Pennsylvania medical marijuana cards. The ordinance also limits testing during employment unless there's suspicion of impairment. Exceptions apply for certain safety-sensitive roles and regulated industries.
