We celebrated a huge milestone last Tuesday: a Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony marking the Grand Re-Opening of Camelot a Hammocks Community! I first and foremost want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Rick Baer, Steven Cohen, Brock Seidel and the American Commercial Realty team. On behalf of Kelley Rike, Adam Wonus, Justin Truesdale, CAM, and all of the Atrium Management Company team, we're grateful for our relationship and the opportunity to work with you on such a wonderful project. This is the 8th apartment community that we have revitalised and renovated with the American Commercial team. Updating and refreshing this historic Gainesville community was no small feat. We committed ourselves to preserving the character of the property while renovating 330 apartments,  integrating modern features, amenities and finishes that our current and future residents will enjoy for years to come. We're grateful for the ACR and Atrium Team Members, as well as all of the partners and vendors who played a part in the renovation process — we couldn't have done it without your help and support! Special thanks to all who helped make the Ribbon Cutting event a success including the Greater Gainesville Chamber of Commerce. Over 80 beautiful people from the community joined us to celebrate, to see the rejuvenated property firsthand, and enjoy a delicious breakfast food spread prepared by Gainesville’s favorite bakery Uppercrust. We're thrilled to be playing a growing role in the Gainesville community, and we look forward to more projects like this in the future. Thanks all around!
