Our commitment has helped sustain our mission to offer essential mental health care to those in Israel facing unimaginable trauma. Continuing Our Flagship Helplines: The gateway to our clinical services, NATAL’s Helplines serve as a national lifeline for both civilians and IDF veterans. Since October 7th, more than 56,000 calls have been received by 168 trained Helpline volunteers. Available 24/7, these helplines provide essential support through personalized calls, both inbound and outbound, that offer therapeutic guidance and focus on self-care. Expanding Our Reach: NATAL is ‘Helping the Helpers’, partnering with organizations across Israel to train and empower professionals with tools to bolster and spread resilience. Since October 7th, our community outreach efforts include over 4,000 hours of interventions and multiple collaborations enabling us to reach more than 550,000 individuals. By fostering these networks of support, we are strengthening communities and ensuring that even more lives can be touched by the healing power of resilience.
