Physician burnout has increased significantly in the last decade and organizational strategies are vital to improve physician well-being, according to our new research. Notably, 3 out of 5 (59%) oncologists reported symptoms of burnout, which is defined as a syndrome resulting from chronic workplace stress that has not been successfully managed.
