As part of Saddleback Valley Unified School District facilities master plan, AMS is teaming up with PBK Architects to design cutting-edge #GEN7 classroom buildings and a food service facility at Lake Forest Elementary. Once completed, this 9,620 SF project will feature seven state-of-the-art classrooms, a STEAM lab, and a full-service modular kitchen—all centered around a spacious quad to enhance outdoor learning. The open classroom design will provide easy access to outdoor spaces for studying, dining, and recreation, with a vegetable garden supplying fresh ingredients for student meals. 🌟 Reflecting on Our First Project Spotlight of 2024! 🌟 As we journey through 2024, let's take a moment to celebrate our first project spotlight of the year! 🏫🔋 AMS's scaleable design adapts to two high school campuses in our Arroyo High School project with San Lorenzo Unified School District. AMS partnered with San Lorenzo USD and DSK architects to create a scalable modular design that could be installed on the Arroyo HS campus, then replicated at San Lorenzo HS. To save time and money, AMS customized a DSA-PC design for three single-story buildings that open to a shared outdoor learning courtyard. The inclusive design adds both general classrooms and special education suites with ADA-accessible restrooms, as well as a teaching kitchen where special needs students can learn life skills.
