I’m incredibly proud to announce our new partnership with one of the most iconic cricketers in the world, Jasprit Bumrah, as the global ambassador for American Pistachio Growers in India and beyond. This collaboration marks a major milestone for APG and our mission to promote the power of nutrition. Reflecting on this moment, I am filled with pride. Shortly after stepping into my role as International Director of Marketing, I had the privilege of attending an Agricultural Trade Mission in India. While there, I spoke with Sumit Saran, our amazing agency representative, about the possibility of finding a high-profile cricketer who could champion our message. Little did I know that dream would become a reality with this incredible partnership! Our team in India has worked tirelessly to make this happen. Huge congratulations to Sumit and everyone involved. Your dedication has brought this vision to life, and I can't wait to see the impact firsthand. 👏 Watch the livestream event here: https://lnkd.in/g3b_n_5X 🎥 #Pistachios #Nutrition #India #JaspritBumrah #Cricket #Partnership #Marketing #ProudMoment #AmericanPistachioGrowers

Here’s a recent short project I filmed for American Pistachio Growers and Wesley Wilson. A short 6 years ago, Joel, Josh Allen and the family made a decision to rip out their crops and bet the house on pistachios. They’re now a year out from reaping their first harvest, but they’re not done planting yet.

Thank you to Matthew Malcolm, Pacific Nut Producer and Jim Zion for the insightful update on the pistachio market! #pistachioharvest
https://lnkd.in/gfEEddfj American Pistachio Growers held their first ever #PistachioIndustryInsightsDay, expanding upon their annual Summer Luncheon from years past. During this well-attended event in Visalia, CA, Jim Zion from Meridian Growers met with Matthew Malcolm on California Ag Network to discuss the current state of the pistachio market. As pistachios are in their “off-year” and with weaker chill hours over the winter, growers are expecting a much smaller crop than last season. The big question that’s on everyone’s mind is whether this will translate to a higher pistachio price and where the market is heading. Watch this brief interview with Jim and read more about it in Pacific Nut Producer Magazine. Special Thanks to American Pistachio Growers for sponsoring this video.
