🌱 Rooted in Growth: Conversations with a CEO 🌱 As part of amika’s Rooted in Growth program, our grant + mentorship initiative for emerging haircare brands, we host a monthly speaker series called Conversations with a CEO. In this series, we invite influential beauty executives to share their journeys and insights with our cohort members. This month, we were joined by two incredible leaders—Annie Kolemainen, President of Eva NYC and Erica Cocilova, President of Ethique Beauty. Their conversation was nothing short of inspiring, filled with practical strategies for scaling iconic brands and making an impact in the industry. What truly stood out was the collaboration and innovation between Annie and Erica. There’s something powerful about lifting each other up—a rising tide lifts all boats—and it was amazing to see this principle in action through their partnership. The Rooted in Growth program continues to be a space for fostering new connections, sparking fresh ideas, and supporting the next generation of beauty leaders.
