Celebrating 20 Years with Kelly Bauer! 🎉 For two decades, Kelly has been a valued member of the A.M. Leonard family, sharing her incredible creativity to shape the A.M. Leonard and Gardener's Edge brands we know and love today. A dedicated member of our creative team, Kelly is always ready to pitch in, bringing kindness, hard work, and expertise to everything she does. "I love the family atmosphere and my great coworkers who make the work days fun. I also love all our company parties throughout the years." Kelly has contributed behind the scenes, planning, organizing, and helping run our company parties and events that bring joy, laughter, and unforgettable moments to our team. Kelly's most cherished memory in the last 20 years of working at A.M. Leonard? Kelly was hired in November 2004. The following summer, another graphic design position opened. Kelly's boyfriend Nate applied and got the job in the creative department. They started working side by side every day. They married soon after Nate began at A.M. Leonard, and the rest is history! They have made a fantastic team since! Thank you, Kelly, for 20 incredible years!

When we saw the devastation caused by the recent hurricanes, we knew we had to help. After searching for the right opportunity, we found NavX Realty, who are taking a 16 foot truck to North Carolina this weekend to assist in the cleanup efforts. We hope that our donation of cold weather gear and cleanup tools help in their relief mission. It is the least we can do for those impacted by this tragedy. https://lnkd.in/ewpPPBby

Employee Spotlight ⭐ Meet Samantha Miller, who has been an important member of the Purchasing Department at A.M. Leonard as an Associate Buyer for the past four years. Samantha thrives on interacting with suppliers and enjoys the rewarding experience of getting hard-to-find products into A.M. Leonard. She loves the daily interactions she has with multiple departments. When asked about her favorite part of working at A.M. Leonard, Samantha said, "It feels like one big family. I love the people I work with every day." She also adds a fun twist to the office atmosphere by occasionally scaring her coworkers! One of her favorite memories was when her coworkers surprised her with a baby shower. This wonderful celebration brought together her friends from the Customer Service and Purchasing departments. Outside work, Samantha likes reading, traveling, and spending time with her family, whether going for walks, playing with the dogs, enjoying game nights together, or assisting her husband with landscaping projects. Samantha's husband works on the maintenance crew at A.M. Leonard. They have been together for 14 years and married for 8. Samantha's biggest passions in life include being a mom to her son and their two fur babies. One fun fact about Samantha is that she was an English college major. She can't help but correct grammar mistakes. 🌟 Thank you, Samantha, for all you do for A.M. Leonard!
