    As we conclude the final day of the 2024 Talent and Innovation Summit, we were thrilled to set the stage for the incredible networking and breakout sessions that brought our clients together.     Today we are reflecting on the powerful client-led discussions that took center stage. One of the standout sessions was the Healthcare Community Leaders Panel: "Fixing the Plane While Flying." This engaging panel of client leaders tackled the pressing issue of balancing workforce challenges with the increasing demands on our clinicians. Our panel included Mark Calderara, Director of Clinical Service Line - Contingent Talent Management Program at Kaiser Permanente; Cathy Henesey, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, VP of Talent Acquisition at AdventHealth; and Mary Morin, Senior Vice President/Chief Nursing Officer at Sentara Health. The session was moderated by our very own Nishan Sivathasan, Division President of Technology and Workforce Solutions. Together, they explored innovative strategies and shared insights on harmonizing workforce demands with clinician needs, emphasizing the importance of adaptive leadership and strategic workforce planning.     What an incredible start to the Summit! Day one was filled with energy and insight, setting a high bar for day two.
