AMR has created and manufactured quality skin, hair, and body care products for individuals and companies all over the world. Our staff comes with over 25 years of knowledge in the beauty industry, and the expertise to show for it. AMR Labs specializes in catering to companies of all sizes, whether it's a small business starting up or a large multi-level marketing (MLM) company. We work with companies of all sizes, helping them source packaging, design their product, and even marketing. Our motto is "It's your responsibility to get the customer to buy your product the first time, it's our responsibility to get them to buy it again." From formulating from scratch to perfecting an existing formula, AMR caters to a range of customer needs. Capabilities range from small pilot batch runs to large-scale productions ready for mass market sales. Fill sizes range from small 5ml sample sachets to 55-gallon drums or totes. Our clients retail products in a range of stores from salons and spas, to large retailers such as Whole Foods, QVC/HSN, TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Kitson, Pottery Barn, Urban Outfitters, PacSun, Target and more.

Ever wonder how products are shrink wrapped? A plastic shrink sleeve is placed over the bottle and the bottle with go through a heat or steam tunnel (the video shows a heat tunnel) where it slowly conforms to the shape of the bottle. Tubes are a great way to achieve a custom look in an economical way. They arrive with the tops open (as pictured) and are filled quickly. A typical production run of tubes runs approximately 45 tubes a minute. They are filled in one shot on a machine with various stations from an alignment station to a blower that gives the tubes a quick clean before they are then filled, sealed and excess material cut.
