The Fed refrained from raising rates further and Powell’s comments were dovish on outlook. The rate cycle seems to have peaked. If investor want to know when to buy, this is the closet thing to a all-clear signal we’re going to get from the Fed. Coming off of some of the worst sentiment numbers in a very long period of time, the set up for a year-end market rally seem perfect. So few are long this market and taking risk.
