#AI is supporting U.S. Customs and Border Protection in making significant strides in security! 🚀 By implementing genAI to enhance biometric processing capabilities, improve drug detection at border checkpoints, and drive IT modernization, CBP is seeing a massive reduction in mental load on the human workers serving their communities. This, in turn, enhances efficiency and accuracy in many safety and security protocols! With a focus on video and image analysis, CBP is exploring innovative ways to leverage AI for greater efficiency and effectiveness. As they advance, they remain dedicated to addressing biases and safeguarding the security and privacy of data, consistently ensuring responsible AI use.
