"Your 'private' accounts are not as private as you may think." It is crucial to be mindful of your #socialmedia activity during litigation. If opposing counsel can demonstrate that relevant information exists in your private posts, access may be granted. Meghan Mills drills down into this topic in her most recent piece, "The Role of Social Media in Discovery: Does 'Private' Mean Not Discoverable?'" https://lnkd.in/gSywnx5P #discovery #litigation

"One in every four women will experience #domesticviolence in her lifetime, a grim reality that underscores the need for continuous advocacy. Yet, misconceptions remain. The notion of “Why doesn’t she just leave?” persists, reflecting a profound misunderstanding of the complexities of domestic abuse. Leaving is often met with escalated violence—sometimes fatal—showcasing the grave danger victims face when attempting to break free." This truth, articulated in Pamela Playo Lin's blog on the Violence Against Women Act, underscores one of the many ways we must continue changing. Read more here: https://lnkd.in/grfGBzAr

BREAKING: Lawsuit filed against Pfizer on behalf of woman who developed a brain tumor while using Depo-Provera for a long period. Our firm is preparing more lawsuits against Pfizer on behalf of women who thought it was safe to use Depo-Provera but developed brain tumors. Women who think they might be eligible to join these lawsuits should contact us. #depoprovera #depoproveralawsuit #braintumor #pfizer

Women relied on Pfizer when it said Depo-Provera was safe for them to use. Women never knew they were at risk of developing a brain tumor by using it. Pfizer has said it was aware of this potential risk. But it did not tell users. We have filed a lawsuit on behalf of a woman who developed a brain tumor after years of Depo-Provera use. We are investigating other cases and will be filing more lawsuits shortly. #Pfizer #DepoProvera #BigPharma Learn more here: https://lnkd.in/gSjRp9bM

If you developed a brain tumor from using a product, and then the manufacturer publicly said "We are aware of this potential risk," how would you feel? #depoprovera #pfizer #womenshealth Unfortunately, this is not a hypothetical. Women who developed tumors from using Pfizer's Depo-Provera have very strong feelings about this, and they are suing. Learn more here: https://lnkd.in/dcZsUXny
