Our team had an absolute blast at the Richard M. Schulze Family Foundation Leadership Laboratory Conference! 🔬🧪 We love getting to meet new friends, catching up with familiar faces, and diving into leadership lessons. 🧑🔬✨ With the Florida Nonprofit Alliance and a panel of colleagues guiding us through group discussions and sharing best practices, we were learning, listening, and experimenting with leadership strategies all day long. And guess what? In the ultimate test of our skills, we managed to build a balloon haven that kept an egg safe and sound — no cracks here! 🥚🎈#TeamWorkMakesTheDreamWork If only we could make everything in life as protected as that egg! Until then, we’ll keep loving what we do, helping the kids we serve, and bringing leadership to the next level. She expressed how receiving essential items like car seats, diapers, and wipes has significantly eased her financial burden during this challenging time. Additionally, she shared the immense joy the birthday gift card and party pack we provided brought her grandchild - something she would not have been able to afford on her own.
