Last week, members of our team had the privilege of presenting at the NAHB International Builders' Show during a Professional Women in Building session. The topic? Shining a spotlight on non-traditional career paths for women in the residential construction industry. Moderated by Shomaila S., Customer Marketing Manager at Andersen, the session celebrated the achievements of inspiring women in the industry. As Shomaila shared, "Success in residential construction isn’t just built with hammers — it’s built with vision, leadership, and innovation. There’s a place for every woman to thrive in construction!" Last week, over 450 Andersen team members came together for our annual National Sales & Service Meeting! It was a fantastic opportunity to reflect on our achievements and strategize for the future.
