Fabrication in action! Check out this custom manifold we just completed: fabricated from 20” schedule 40 carbon steel pipe with 150# flanged connections. After cutting and welding, the assembly was powder coated for durability and fitted with a Jomar butterfly valve. This manifold will be used with a large Cornell pump skid, key in distributing water across an aggregate plant. He has been with Anderson Process for 26 years, starting as a repair technician, then briefly working in customer service, and eventually becoming our long-time Repair Manager. Jay has played a key role in the growth of our repair services in Brookfield and has assisted all locations with various technical challenges. He actively works with customers, is heavily involved in P21, and provides technical support across departments. Jay also helped with onboarding during acquisitions and is passionate about improving processes and tackling technical challenges. His dedication to helping both customers and coworkers makes him invaluable to Anderson Process. Thanks to individuals like Jay, we’ve grown from a small pump distributor to a strong regional process equipment distributor with six locations.
