I lead Zihmer Law Firm with my wife, Tracy Zihmer. We have combined our abilities to build and grow the business of our dreams - the leading estates and trusts firm in Pennsylvania. What do we do? My day to day activities include sales, marketing, development of our team (legal and non legal roles), quality oversight, scaling, and developing new systems and processes. I love meeting new people and helping them. You can bet that I’ll do my very best to give value everywhere that I can: to our team, to our clients, to people that call our law firm, to those in law school, and anyone else that I come to meet. I strive to find ways to help people unleash their full potential and develop each of their careers in a unique way. I understand each person has different motivators, different skill sets, and different goals - coupled with everyone being in a unique season of life. My job is to sift through those details and find how we can help each person be their very best.
