After last year’s strategic acquisition of Cassyni Biopharma, we are happy to announce the recent and successful acquisition of Galileo Biotech, a fully GMP-certified, LatAm-based, biotechnology company focused on the development of diagnostic and therapeutic monoclonal antibodies. Galileo’s acquisition now provides Antharis Therapeutics, Inc. with GMP capacity, cost savings, enhanced productivity, in-vitro diagnostics capabilities, and several additional strategic advantages.
