Our wholly-owned clinical laboratory subsidiary, Applied DNA Clinical Labs, LLC (ADCL), has launched an expansion of its clinical testing services for the detection of Mpox (formerly monkeypox) to include testing for both mpox Clade I and Clade II. The launch of the expanded mpox testing service comes after ADCL’s interaction with relevant regulatory bodies, including the New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

#Consumer beware: Very concerning The Korea Times article reported on Seoul governments results "of a safety examination on 330 products sold on Chinese online retail platforms, such as SHEIN, Temu and AliExpress, conducted from June 11 for a month. The products included 59 clothing items, 89 makeup products, 140 food containers, and 42 sanitary products. The findings show that one of the women's underwear sold in SHEIN contained allylamine, a cancer-causing substance known to increase the risk of bladder cancer, in amounts that surpass the permitted levels by 2.9 times." This is just one example underscoring the need for #traceability #duediligence in #supplychains. Many intimate #apparel can be made from #cotton #fiber and so it is important to ensure there is also no #forcedlabor in these products.
