The HINE is a standardized neurological exam used to evaluate infants at risk of problems with motor development such as cerebral palsy. It does not diagnose CP by itself. It is most useful when performed on repeat examinations and combined with clinical history and imaging results. This 4-hour certification will include a summary of the evidence for HINE and use of video modeling and instruction to assist with scoring the examination.
