Aqua Services performs lake and pond management for utility companies, country clubs, subdivisions, waterfront property owner’s associations and other private concerns. Currently the company is contracted by Alabama Power, Georgia Power, Mississippi Power, U.S. Steel, the Tennessee Valley Authority, Bill Dance (Bass Fisherman) and Randy Owen of the singing group, “Alabama”. Our goal at Aqua Services is to continue working with governmental agencies, businesses and homeowners throughout the Southeast. So, whether you’re looking for aquatic plant management or just a great fishing hole, we at Aqua Services will do our best to make sure that endless possibilities are at your fingertips.

I spent last week in Chattanooga TN at the Southern Division of American Fisheries Society meeting. During the meeting was a Trophy Bass Symposium. This included talks from both private sector and state agency biologist. The topics covered genetics, habitat, regulations, forage, and renovation. It was truly a pleasure to be involved in such a well put together collaborative symposia. Congratulations to the planning committee and presenters for sharing so much knowledge about a topic we love.
