If you know, you know. This chiller has 38,000+ hours on it. It alternates with another unit exactly like it sitting 3 feet away. We provide clients that give us notice of chiller inspections with detailed reports documenting the condition of the machine including the tubes, tube sheets, and water box/end bells. We’d be glad to discuss your water treatment needs with you if you are not receiving this kind of documentation from your vendors.
