Gavin Munro – The man who needs no introduction. Gavin runs the show for ARC Energy in South Texas. A special childhood entrée that reminds Gavin of home is Boerewors. If you are like me and have no idea what that is, I included a picture. Gavin, being raised in South Africa, enjoyed this local savory treat as a youngster. Our team in South Texas is built around and in support of Gavin. He is a true leader. Anytime you have a minute to interact with him take advantage. You will be lifted by his general demeanor and overall obsession with accomplishing the greatest feats using minimal resources. When I think of Gavin, I could share stories about all of ARC’s Core values (Passion, Team Player, Selflessness, Drive and Energy).   I believe his personal selflessness is what keeps our team intact and committed daily. It’s hard for Gavin to sit back and not be personally involved. Often when extra hours or weekend work is needed you can find Gavin showing up in hopes of making life a bit easier for others. I’m still struggling to make some extra time and get on the golf course with Gavin. Rumor has it that Gavin played competitively in a previous life and still has a few good shots.   Gavin truly is ARC’s “ace in the hole” when it comes to our South Texas Operations.
