The Arcadia Unified School District is a nationally renowned public school district that proudly educates nearly 10,000 students throughout 11 award-winning schools. Nestled in the San Gabriel Valley in Southern California, all schools are located in Arcadia, California. The District consists of eleven schools: six elementary schools, three middle schools, one high school, and one alternative school and outreach program. The District is committed to educational excellence, and this commitment is reflected in the outstanding achievements made by its students, faculty, staff, and leadership each school year. Each of the District’s ten comprehensive schools has an Academic Performance Index (API) score, which measures both academic performance and improvement, well above the state target score of 800 (out of 1,000) and the county and state averages. Highly qualified, dedicated, and professional, the District’s teaching staff is exceptional. With various professional development opportunities, conferences, staff development workshops, collaboration time, and learning walks, the AUSD faculty stays ahead of the curve to ensure a rigorous, vertically aligned curriculum that fully prepares students for college and career.

Arcadia High Badminton perfect in route to third CIF title in 4 years! An incredible accomplishment by AHS badminton, 3 CIF Championships in 4 years, and the program is just nine years young! "After its debut season, Arcadia High School joined the Almont League in 2017 where the Apaches won the league championship each year. Since the end of 2017, Arcadia High School has won a remarkable 116 straight regular season matches. In total, the Apaches’ overall record over the past nine seasons is 144-16. Three of those 16 losses are when Arcadia lost in the CIF Open Division Championship match, meaning the Apaches have three runner-up finishes to go along with its three championships."
